The historic strikes in call centers on February 8th and 19th, with the participation of more than 3,000 workers, showed that with our organized struggle, we can bring the employers in a difficult position, have victories. The ongoing struggle “travels” to all workplaces, becomes a topic of discussion throughout the sector, throughout the country and abroad, knowing the solidarity of all workers.
Workers in call centers, we fight together for the success of the nationwide strike on 28/02 and send a message of strike uprising to our colleagues across the sector! We do not waste a minute for the message of revolt to reach everyone!
We also invite our colleagues throughout our sector to dynamically attend the 3-hour work stoppage on Thursday, February 29, from 8am till 11am, with a meeting at 09:00 at the Courts of Evelpidon Street (building 11), to hear the inadmissible lawsuit filed by Teleperformance against SETIP. With this unacceptable action, the employers are attempting to delay the signing of a CLA. We therefore inform them that no matter how many lawsuits they file, no matter how many obstacles they put up, no matter how much they stall, the employees have the power to make them sit at the negotiating table for the signing of a Collective Labor Agreement and we will do so!
We call on the call centers’ managements (Teleperformance, Webhelp, TTEC and Foundever) to start now or to continue without any other pretext the negotiations for a Collective Labor Agreement. We declare to them that we will not take a step back and that if the negotiations do not proceed, we will escalate our struggle with a new 24-hour strike! On Wednesday, February 28, no one at their workspace!
EVERYBODY IN THE FIGHT – EVERYBODY IN THE STRIKE!
